Aria is LOVE! My friend introduced me to the series, and I just fell in love with it! It's so relaxing to watch and the art is beautiful :) And Akira is my fave character! (I would totally work for Himeya's Company if it existed x__x)

I loveeee the fabric of this costume! It's 100% cotton sateen, so it's super soft and flowy! It blows really nicely in the wind too... although the downside of it was that it's pretty thin and see-through, haha (lining to the rescue!). I can wear this costume forever since it's SUPER comfortable and snug :)

I also casted my first gemstone with this costume (the yellow/orange thing on her bow). It looks fine from far away, but there are so many tiny air bubbles in it... ugh, gotta learn how to mix better next time!

The oar consists mostly of wood (sawed, sanded the heck out of, and coated with minwax which smells pretty yucky, but brings out the color of the wood nicely!). The rest is acrylic paint, paper clay, foamie, and model magic.
It's about 6 foot... so everytime I lift it up to check something on the bottom, I always whack my ceiling XD
