I found almost all the components to this at Goodwill. ^^ The blazer was this horrible 80s number with gigantic shoulderpads, so it needed a bit of work, but at least it was already double breasted. The trousers and tie are also from Goodwill, no alteration required. :D
I bought the wig off a seller on eBay, and the glasses were from a local costume shop. All in all, it cost about $50 total, and it's one of my most comfortable, fun to wear cosplays. :D
