This is the same costume I use for Girl-type Ranma, but with cpardo's wig and some binding involved.

I'd like to actually get a different top sometime; the tunic fits loosely when I'm girl-type, but when my chest is bound for boy-type it's way too baggy. I lined the sleeves over halfway up so I could roll them up properly. Ranma's arms are longer in proportion to his body when he's a guy, so his sleeves look shorter than when he's a girl. About the only way I can pull that off is to roll the sleeves up further.
