One of my dream costumes, I've wanted to make this outfit since I first saw the episode years ago.

The dress is mostly velvet, with a touch of silk-look polyester on the bodice and sleeves. I used a renaissance pattern, altered the bodice, and borrowed the sleeves from a Wizard of Oz pattern.

There's a bit left to do: make the hat, embroider the sleeves, and finish the false hair fall. They'll be done eventually, along with Ranma's Romeo to match.
