Every year a pattern is selected for the Single Pattern contest.
Contestants build these garments, embellishing as they please. Garment must be recognizable as that in the specified pattern. You may modify, embellish, and ornament the garment in any way you wish, but it should retain its fundamental shape and form.
At Costume Con a panel of judges will view all the finished pieces to select the winner(s). All contestants participate in the Single Pattern Fashion Show.
