Description
The final version was completed to be worn at Katsucon 2005. Those are the pictures you see in the snow as well. Before that I wore this costume for Halloween, but I didn't have the turtleneck and shorts done in time so I wore some black clothing as a substitute.
Yes, those are real icicles.
