For some reason, I figured it would be a good idea to cosplay Sasuke at the end of October, when here in Canada it's easily in the single digits most of the day by that time.... I didn't feel like doing Itachi again, Sai was too cold and too showy, and I didn't have the cash for a KH cosplay just yet (managed to get an Organization XIII coat, but I'm too broke to get anything else just yet T^T). Since I already had quite a bit of the outfit AND I needed to remake both my Uchiha shirts and armcovers, Sasuke came up as the solution. I don't normally cosplay him outside of randomly around downtown in a sort of half-cosplay, because he's so overdone, but well, time for a change.
So far, I have for the costume:
-Wig (Sai wig, to be spiked up to the best of my ability and my limited budget for hair gel)
-White shorts (Just a pair of pale khaki, almost-white cargo shorts. They have pockets on the sides, but it's only Halloween. Not so much worry on perfection.)
-Wraparound gauze bandages for my legs and under the shuriken holster
-Prior experience making the shirt and sleeves (this one'll be number four)...just gotta get started on the shirt. And work on how to not freeze to death when I wear it...I'm probably going to layer a tank top and light shorts underneath.
(Eh, I should probably just delete the entry, since I have no pictures and am never going to finish it...)
