This costume is what we call an EXTREMELY last-minute costume. Literally about two weeks before the convention, I decided I would like to have a legitimate Misa costume (instead of my Ghetto one) for our skit. So I sifted through the more memorable scenes in the series, and found this little baby. I had everything I needed to make it just lying around, except for the silver rings at the bottom of the straps, and the striped socks. I even have a usable base pattern. Random Fact -- the fabric came from my failed attempt at Edward Elric's red coat. Hahaha.
