Yeh it's not from an anime or anything, but I really like folktales.

Had a lot of fun wearing a costume that not only cosplayers, but also the general public could recognise.

The wolf head, which I borrowed from a friend, attracted some odd stares but I think it adds that little touch of sinister which makes the costumes fun to me. All those old fairy tales are, at their core, a little bit dark and creepy so I don't mind playing that up.

The cloak's circumference is pretty massive so so hemming it and sewing the lace on took me a long time and were probably the most bothersome part of the costume, the rest of it was really quite easy.

This was a really simple and quick cosplay which I did for a picnic event, and I'd really like to make it again at a later time and put more time and effort into the design.
