So one of my Seras's (Sabby642) and I decided we would like to be matching for the Zenkaikon Formal Ball :D
This is what happened on my end :D
The hat will be getting more frilly goodness in one way or another, and some other small details will pop up between now and the ball. Just a teaser pic for now ;3
