Tobe is my favorite character from the TV show Pucca. I love cosplaying as him!!!

Anyway, the costume was basically different clothes put together. I got the sash, the navy blue sweatshirt & sweatpants from Wal-Mart.
The periwinkle shirt (over the sweatshirt) & the gold "sticky felt" rectangles were from Michael's (a local craft store).
The mask is made from a T-shirt (no, really, it is) & the head plate is made of felt with the 3 Xs drawn on with a Sharpie.
The katanas were from a party store (and the sheaths are actually leggings).

It took 2-5 minutes to apply the makeup for the X-shaped scar, the triangular eyebrows, & the pink eyelids.

I did wear a samurai wig under the "mask" (I'll post better pictures of it later on).

*The periwinkle shirt originally had sleeves, but I cut them off with a seam cutter because they were a pain to deal with.
