So my friend Kayla was my harley Quinn for the weekend at AUSA this year and we decided that for the ball, we should do a formal harley and Ivy, so three days before the con, I started working on this dress, I had a completely different style in mind, but it had other ideas, so i fought with it until I couldn't take it any more and decided to rip it up and make an entirely new dress. This isn't what I originally planned, but I like the way that it turned out :) It looks pretty, maybe not so much in Ivy's character, with the empire waist and all, but pretty nonetheless. Anyways, 5 yards of fabric @ $3 a yard, $20 worth of ivy and flowers and a pair of $3 from goodwill. so, $38 for the whole dress.....not bad for a costume :)
