Well, originally this was going to be a Luna Lovegood costume, as she is my favorite character, but the blonde wig we bought last minute was horrible!!! So, Cho I became. Actually, I kinda think Cho is evil... which lead to random outbursts of EEEEEVIL CHOOOOO!!! Lol...

The skirt and vest were bought at Goodwill and I used blue/gold braiding to add the accent on the sweater (which I made into a v-neck). The tie was made by using my boyfriends tie as a template and with fabric from JoAnn's.
