The Character: Chii is awesome and adorable! Yay Chii!

The Costume: This took a large amount of fabric to make. The top is satin and the ribbons had to be sewn one by one (ugh), the buttons were hand sewn, and the trim is hand made. The skirt part is lined (due to being see-through) and has three layers. The choker has ribbons and cloth tied to the back to make it easier to velcro on. The tights were purchased. The ears/hairties are made out of foam. ^^
