This was a really easy costume to whip up- I just used a black suit I had, bought and styled a wig. Then, I used poster board to make the shuriken.

Cissnei is the female Turk most largely recognized from FFVII: Crisis Core. She supposedly had a romantic interest in Zack. She was also present in the game Before Crisis (not released in the States). Now, I'll admit the costume wasn't hard, but I'm now looking at redoing the entire suit to make it a bit more accurate, and remaking the shuriken so it's not so flimsy.
