Minako is awesome and since I already had the Juuban Municipal High School Sailor Fuku from my Usagi cosplay I just had to change up the shoes and add a bow.

I made the bow for my Eternal Sailor Venus cosplay out of a red matte satin and mounted on a hair-clip.

The shoes while it seems they would be easy to find are proving a little more tricky to find more accurate ones but after a lot of searching I found a pair I was finally satisfied with.
