This costume started out as a bra and yard and a half of purple chiffon. I serged the edges of the chiffon and hand pinned/hand sewed the ruffles to make them even. There are 3 yards of purple feathers on the boobs and around the skirt. My machine-gun-jubblies are aluminum tubing that was epoxied into an anchor which was sewn on with heavy duty thread.
