The lid was made out of a large 55 inch garbage can lid, the straw was made out of PVC pipes, and the cup material was made out of cloth. The lid stayed on my head by a helmet that was glued directly to the lid. The costume was finished literally in the con before I walked out to do my skit as I did final preparations to it. Didn't win though but it was fun.
