Description
The con is held in the fall so I wanted to make a Sailor Moon costume that could match the weather. I thought of episode 36 when she went to the hot springs with her family. I already had a red skirt from cosplaying Koboshi so I decided to make that outfit. Her Sailor Scout outfit is done so often I wanted to make something different.
