My sister made the head, before you all ask. (her username on cosplay.com is C_San.) The head was 1-inch foam covered with fabric. (I think a velvet.) The coat I got from a thrift store, then added the patches and tail. The collar was broadcloth that I cut up. Hands were wrapped in gauze, and the feet were my sneakers covered in the green fabric and strips of white broadcloth, hotglued to my shoes. (Which are now a wreck.) I even carried around the feather he has.
