The image only shows a third of the design, so I mirrored the image, put them together and filled in the middle a bit. Then I used a projector to blow up the design and traced a pattern, which then got traced on the fabric. 70 hours of painting later, the design was done then the lining was stitched in - all those lines are satin stitching - made some poofy PJs and a giant head-eating hat, and done!
