Matthew's just adorable. I love his bizarre hair-sproing and weirdly gradiented hair. I threw together his casual outfit to take some pictures for Canada Day (July 1), then got a more accurate hoodie to wear for Yaoi-Con. I wanted a comfortable costume to wear during the day before getting into heavy-duty makeup for the masquerade.

The wig was fun to make. You may recognize it from its former life as my Fai wig. :) I used a prismacolor marker on the tips to make the gradient, and with the help of tons of hairspray and spiking glue and (oddly enough) pen caps, made the ahoge. The first time I made the wig, I accidentally made the ahoge point the wrong direction (back instead of forward).

Interesting fact: the folded Canadian flag in the birthday picture is actually the shirt from my Elise Riggs (SSX Tricky) costume.
