The make-up was originally designed to include latex pieces. Due to budget it was all done with make-up. The elf ears were from my legolas costume.

The tunic was made from a pattern I designed from scractch.

The sash and centre band where made from a red dress velvet with the stomach plate made from Foamex/Cintra plastic. It was cut using a Dremel multi tool and then shaped using a heat gun.

The chest armour base is made out of leatherette. the plate armour pieces are to be added. they will be made out of Foamex/Cintra.

The weapon is yet to be built. That will be amde out of wood and foam. I hope to build it with an extendable section.

This costume will hopefully be complete for London May Expo 2009. I will hopefully be able to perform a stunt demo as part of the costume.
