Because I found some white fabric and thought the dress wouldn't be that hard to do. HAHAHAHHAHAHAHAH.

I started this dress in October and finished it in December.

The hardest part was the coin belt, as I decided to go with belly dancer's coins that I attached to a gold chain using jump rings. Took forever (almost a month) and completely wore out my poor fingers! It was worth it, as I really like how the coins look and sound with the whole dress. :D

The gold chest piece is made out of craft foam that we painted gold, and then covered in several layers of clear coat, and then a coat of sparkle top coat, and then another layer of clear top coat. The whole piece is attached to the dress with velcro for easy travelling.

This was my first time making a dress without a pattern and I rather like how it turned out.
