I made the sailor collar and the cuffs and added them onto a long-sleeved shirt I bought from the craft store. The skirt I made entirely on my own, and the armband and hair ribbons came in special edition Haruhi DVD boxes. I used a lot of heat 'n' bond and stitch-witchery for this, especially for the ribbon.
