I don't think I've rushed more on a single costume before. First I was rushing to finish it for Auchinawa- then when that fell through, I had to rush to finish it for the Grand International Cosplay Ball, which was only two weeks later (and I had to write my coursework in that time, too). There's a lot that I'm unhappy with, mainly the fact that I ran out of fabric when I was finishing the final touches in the am of the morning I was leaving, so I had to make some pretty shoddy patch-up jobs that I will not point out in the hopes that you won't notice them. I also kind of wish that I had made the silver lines a bit thinner, but I was rushing and making all that bias tape by hand and I was losing the will to live. NEVER AGAIN SHALL I MAKE BIAS TAPE BY HAND. @_@ Jeez, I must have made at least 10 meters or something...

I wish I had the time to make something a bit more extravagant for the ball, but hey, I had fun wearing it, so who cares? I got to finally meet a lot of cosplayers I've been wanting to talk to for ages at this weekend event, so I'm happy :D
