Athena is my favorite KoF character of all time. She is adorable and before I even played the series I liked her look. This is not my absolute favorite of all of her outfits, but it is one of my favorites. I chose to make this costume not only because it is cute, but because this is also the outfit she wears in Capcom vs SNK 2, which is my favorite fighting game ever~ ^_^

- Wig: purchased from ebay
- Headband: purchased, with felt stars added
- Necklace: made out of styrofoam balls, painted with metallic purple paint
- Shirt: Long sleeve shirt purchased from Hancock Fabrics, with sleeves cut off and red trim and yellow buttons added
- Gloves: purchased from Hot Topic
- Tabard: made out of red stretch fabric. I accidently screwed up when cutting out the fabric, so there were four pieces sewn together instead of two
- Sash: made out of yellow floral cloth
- Pants: made out of pink cloth
- Leg braces: same material as the tabard
- Boot covers: same material as the tabard
