After playing ToS2, I just had to be Alice! She's so adorable and evil in such a lovely way. A Sadist, if you will XD. And who can resist an evil little sadist? well, not me, that's for sure.

a lot of work went into this costume in a very short period of time (4 days) and I'd be insane to try to describe it all, but I'll try to explain the general idea of what I did.

Most of the costume was pretty straight forward, but the coat was a little tricky. I ended up making tubes of fabric with stuffing and wire inside and hand sewed them to the lining of the coat. It worked pretty well, surprisingly. I wasn't looking forward to experimenting the boning so close to the con, so I'm really glad I didn't have to.
