Finally, an original KH female fighter! I'm so excited about playing as Aqua in the up coming Kingdom Hearts game!

As far as costumes go, Aqua's is actually rather simple compared to Sora's mystifying outfit (straps go where now? durr...) and newcomer Ven's garb. However, the simplicity of the costume didn't stop me from trying it out anyway.

So far the easiest part has been the turtleneck piece. It was just three pieces: front, back, and collar. Then it was a simple matter of serging it all together and putting in elastic around the "armholes" and upper back edge to make it nice and snug.

The corset was a little tricky because I always end up sewing it too big and having to make major adjustments to fit my petite form, but this time, it was right on the money. :D It's fully boned for structure but not lined.

The waist drape was made from one continuous piece of fabric for the bottom "rung" tied in the back,two knots tied to the sides, and two straps cris-crossing the front tacked to the waistband of the light blue "skirt".
