This was ridiculously easy to make. I already had an old Red Shirt lying around so I too the easy route and sewed some buttons on and cut the sleeves off. The shorts are simply rolled up Blue Jeans and the Hat was one I found at a thrift store and rolled some red Tape on it. I also drew Luffy's scar using a Sharpee.
