I spent 8 months researching and gathering material for this costume. Quite the labor of love! I was obsessed with the details and the costume in general. A guy friend of mine was going as Jack, and I spent just as long doing the majority of research for his costume. He looked quite dynamite and really wowed everyone who saw him. Half the people who saw me couldn't even remember Elizabeth wearing the dress >.< but they all complimented me on the beauty and detail of my gown :)
