I was insanely obsessed with Gundam Wing back in high school, and had promised myself that I would cosplay as Duo at some point. It's like five years since I told myself that, lol, and I thought "hell, just do it!". Since I'm doing a lot of costumes in 2005 anyway, I figured I might as well indulge in a bit of nostalgia too while I was at it.

So I debuted Duo at AX2005, and it was such a blast! I totally adore this costume, mostly because I made it all myself, from the priest shirt and poofy pants to the details on the boots....which so many Duos never do >.< It was great getting to be Duo on the Friday and Monday of con, and I loved that people knew who I was and liked my costume ^^
