After finishing turnabout 4-2 for the first time, I couldn't help but feel sorry for Miss Tiala. Obviously she was conniving and manipulative, but there was still something so charming about her. I thought it would be fun to give cosplaying her a shot.

Plus my absolute favorite color is bright lime green; so between her shamrock, scarf and nails... I was sold.
