The nice thing about dressing as a character who's never actually shown up is that you can, essentially, wing it. She's female, she's Korean, she's despotically Communist...I figure I can't be too far off.

As a side note, since South Korea's accent color is blue, it's pretty much guaranteed that the other half of the country's color would be red no matter what type of government she had. I could be wrong--but I bet I'm not. :D Wait and see!
