Third version of this costume: I did some research on actual lolita style, and figured out quite a few changes I need to make from the last two versions I made. I found the most adorable perfect white lawn that almost perfectly matches the pattern in her dress on the inside cover of the second DVD, so now I just have to find the right pattern to go with it.

I then decided that no Miwako would ever be without something that had the Happy Berry logo, and decided to make a little bag in the shape of the Happy Berry to go with it! Made almost completely from scraps of material I had laying around from other costumes (minus the straps) I think it adds a little something extra, and makes it very obviously Miwako. So far the bag is almost complete, I just have to get some wire to stick inside of the wings to help them stay up (they're kind of heavy!) and then sew everything together.
