Whee, my first anime costume!

Of the time I am writing this, this costume is still not finished. XD; Still need to add and adjust a couple of things.

This costume was full of fun little suprises. This was the first costume that I did 99.9% on my own (Mum gave me a suggestion for a problem I had XD), and with the use of a pattern only for the main part of the cloak (everything else was made from scratch). Because of that, I'm very proud of the results. ^^

I learned just how decieving looks can be sometimes. I went into this thinking that it'd be fairly easy to do (it's just a cloak and a simple bodysuit!), but this was actually kind of difficult. @_@; I was really determinded to make the bodysuit seamless like Chloe's (apart from the side seams - can't get around that one XD), and with a little trial and error, I got the job done (I have to thank Lady for giving me a good suggestion ^^). The most difficult part was either the cloak's smaller piece or the bodysuit. Again, I was trying to avoid as many seams as possible, so I had to make my own pattern for the smaller cloak piece and try to get it to fit right. That took a bit of experimenting before I got it close enough to what I wanted. ^^;

I also colored the wig with a Sharpie (by hand, didn't know how to make the dye at the time @_@)...or like 4 Sharpies. XD >_> Tedious. @_@ But it was the only way to get the color I wanted.

Favorite part: Feeling hidden by the cloak, having COMFORTABLE SHOES. :D

Least favorite part: The belts on my right forearm constantly had to be pushed back up, as well as my kneepads. x.x
