So my friends had plans to get Doctor Who costumes for Naka-Kon. And I just got into the series and was sad that since they were doing Runaway Bride costume that it left me with nothing to do. However we started joking around and I said "LOL I should do an EGL Dalek" And then we started planning it out. Soon enough...I have already bought things for it and have started to sew on it.

This is the most ridiculous costume I have ever done and my possibly ever do, but I love it so much. It changed quite a bit from our original ideas due to time, money, and just plain it not working. I was worried that it be too much but I honestly think it never crossed that line. This was a fun costume to make and wear. I was pretty sure I could flag down spaceships with it, but dude...I was a EGL Dalek. This also made up for the fact that eating and sitting were a bit of a task, but I was in such a high that I hardly noticed.
