This costume was... surprisingly easy to make. The frame is chicken wire, covered in quilt batting and then microfleece for the skin. The wings & beak are lycra, the eyes are felt, and the box is an old box I had lying around that was coated in pleather.

The beak is fully functional and can be operated from the inside- thanks to a $1.49 pair of barbeque tongs form the Warehouse which were carefully intergrated into the prinny frame. C:
