Gundam SEED is my all time favorite series ever. So no matter what, I am *always* up for cosplaying from it. I never would have expected to cosplay Kira though. I love kira, but he wasnt a character I had on my list.
Nevertheless, when my friend said she wanted to cosplay Lacus how could I refuse to accompany her as Kira? (rapid Kiracus fangirl). Also I already had half the fabric XD; I used my Mytho from Princess Tutu fabric, so its a little brighter blue than I would originally would have chosen for Kira.

I rushed the coat over a couple days so Im not 100% satisfied with certain parts. Like the lining and trim arent as tidy as I would have liked. Also the wig was a last min order off ebay, I would prefer a different wig in the future.

My Birdy is made out of wooden balls covered in paper clay and painted. The wigs, tail and head feather are specialty construction paper.
