this costume took for ever to make. all of the maroon srtipes on the bottom were hand made, hand pinned and then had to be sewn onto the bottom of the hakama. it took me a grand total of 12 hours to finish just the pants. the top itself was not hard it was just a tedious process painting all of the triangles on by hand.
