Armor is all paper mache shaped over roma plastilina forms. It was gessoed, painted black, spraypainted with Krylon Special Purpose Metallics, and sealed with FutureWax. The sword is pink foam with a pvc handle and Super Sculpey crossguard, all painted with acrylics. Uniform was modified from a leotard and leggings via ghettotacular handsewing.
I make a horrible blonde, no? And I need colored contacts like I cannot describe. But it was fun having a costume that people recognized and took pictures of (even random tourists stopped me for photos! XD)
- Make a new uniform out of something that's tight but not spandex
- Fit the skirt pieces. Only the front four sit right when I wear them.
- Do something about the left vambrace. I made them both on the same mold, but this one is... special. As in 10% larger special.
- Repair the shoulder armor. DON'T GLOMP ME WHEN I'M WEARING A COSTUME, FOOL.
- Put insoles in the horrible Phantasma boots of death and pain
- Repair the crossguard of the sword
- A bazillion other things
