Bought from ebay and had to make a few alteration. It was fun to wear though! I was the only Milly for sure at AN.
I came to the conclusion that buying this costume would be a bit cheaper then making it myself. It also freed up time to work on my Allen costume. Plus I hate working with vinyl, most unforgiving fabric in the world.
