um, well. i thought there must be an easier way to make a mascot outfit, so when i got asked by a friend to join her CCS group, i picked ~*SPINEL*~ because he's amazing and just so awesome. for his head, i got two large plastic bowls from the warehouse and hotglued them together, and cut the bottom out of one so my head could fit through. i then hotglued foam to the outside and sewed a circular skin out of microfleece for the head, stuffing it also with polyfill where necessary.

the paws are mitts within mitts, stuffed with polyfill & the wings are made of delustered satin and filled with cut-out foam. C':

can't see, but the helmet is easy to take off, so it's not so bad! more visibility than the prinny, anyway. ;;
