This was a one-time costume for ConFusion 2005, in the Junk Pile Wars Costume Contest (60 minutes to make a costume from a just a bunch of stuff). Made pricipally from a mattress pad, masking tape, fabric, ribbons, and other odds and ends. Backstory for the character: Every 30 years, he is forced to rise from his tomb and crash a high-society formal, where he finds that all his previous clothing is now out of date. :)
