My cousin made the jacket using a standard pattern and the apron by copying the design from an apron she already had. She also stitched the ribbons to the back of the visor while I wrote out the kanji and added the yellow trim on it. The gloves are actually arm warmers over fingerless gloves. I used iron-on adhesive to put the yellow patches on the arm warmers. Because I didn't want to mess with the mock turtleneck stay-dry athletic shirt, I created a choker that I put over the mock to give the illusion that the yellow squares were part of the shirt.

Since I wanted to give the impression that I actually worked at a retail store, I assembled a bunch of anime/Japanese/video game flair to put everywhere on the apron, jacket, and visor.

I'm debating on whether to make the outfit look more tattered as there are some scenes where it looks like he went through hell trying to sell something to Legendary Girl A...
