The blue skin is mostly a modified bodysuit; the icicles are all plastic Christmas ornaments. The wig is an Enchantment wig from Amphigory styled into a high ponytail with added contrasting wefts at the front, which was all really, really annoying to do. I glued flip-flop soles to the booties so I could walk around the con more safely than in sock feet, and though you can't see it in the photos, I'm even wearing blue holographic fake eyelashes.

Oh, and the beads on the dress hem aren't there because I decided to "Amano-ize" the costume - they're there to weigh the dress hem down, because otherwise lycra on top of lycra tends to ride up. (Not that I dislike beads... that was just a side benefit!)
