I'm not a big fan of Rinoa. I cosplayed as her because I had all the right materials.

Bias tape is extra wide double fold bias tape from Hancock fabrics. Used to be white. Dyed with Dylon turquoise fabric paint to match the color of the ribbed fabric.

Black shorts from Sports Authority. and I cut up black zippers with silver metal teeth for the zippers, and sewed them into the shorts. Yes the zippers work, but they have no function. XD

Blue patterened fabric from Hancock fabrics for cheap. It's fully lined, fits my bottom perfectly, and the silver buttons are non functional because I like using velcro on costumes. hahaha.

The duster was patterned after Mei Ling's Rinoa duster, which is basically a rectangle shape, not 3 pieces like a lot of Rinoa cosplayers do because it doesn't hang very well. I had just enough ribbed fabric to make the duster out of two layers of fabric, and the same goes for the armwarmers. I studied screenshots of the outfit many many hours figuring out the patterns and right sizes and stuff. =P

Wig styled from an Angela 750 in 1B. highlights done with gold spray. i was going to sew in wefts, but I thought the wefts i had were too light....

tank top from H&M. perfect sweet heart scoop neck top. boots were old ones from years ago. buckles done with silver pleather and black elastic.
