Basically, because I didn't have time to make a full FMA uniform for the skit I'm going to be participating in, I plan to only make the botten half. It will consist of the butt cape thingy and dress pants with suppenders, dress shirt and boots.
Since it surved it's purpose, the only salvageable part, the butt cape, was resurrected into my new uniform.
