I borrowed my friends wings.

The dress is a modified pattern to have the points and there's boning to keep the shape in the front.

The shoes are covered with the same material as the dress, and the puffs are a feather boa with tinsel, knotted and sewn together and to the shoes.

The wig is my tamaki wig with a blonde ponytail piece pinned to the top of the wig with blue ribbon wrapped around it so I'd be able to disassemble the wig when I was done.

I also made matching panties out of the same material since the dress was so short.
