Ending version!!!

Shirt bought off eBay, added eyelet lace to the top and maroon ribbon, as well as shortened the bottom and added eyelet lace as well.

White skirt bought off eBay. It matches pretty well with the actual skirt C.C. wears.

Green layer is a hemmed piece of material from Hancock fabrics, red layer is a bridal satin with the wrong side used instead of the shiny side with dark maroon ribbon fabric glued on for the squares. The red and green layer are sewn together and tuck into the top of the white skirt.

Black waist cincher: it DOES have straps, I have official artwork to prove this. It's made by me of thin pleather and black buttons, and is a pretty interesting piece...

Hat bought off eBay. Changed the hatband from purple to black, and added the little white flowers on the side.

Shoes from Forever 21! Maroon ribbon tied around my feet to get the right look.

Cheese kun is my own. <3

Wig is my C.C. wig with added wefts for thickness and tied into a big fat braid and secured by a hairtie and a white strap.

Uh....I spent about $60 on this costume, and a lot of it is made of mostly bought stuff that I altered but it works, and it's super cute! ^^ but I think it looks a bit like a German or Swedish barmaid, hahahaa!
